Red Tide

Red TideAn abstract landscape from the Oregon coast. It’s hard to say why I make some of the choices I make in a painting. Maybe it is simply what needed to be there. Maybe I had “Black Hole Sun” running through my head. Or, maybe it was the instinct I often rely upon. Red Tide: 24×24″ encaustic on birch panel.
