If you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return the undamaged merchandise in the original packaging within 30 days of reciept.All orders are shipped within 2 weeks and should be recieved within 2 weeks thereafter. Orders are shipped either USPS or UPS and there is no charge for shipping within the U.S. There are no handling charges. We are an Oregon company, and as such, do not have sales tax.
